- 250 g (9 oz) soft tofu, drained
- 2 spring onions (scallions), sliced
- 1 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander (cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) oil
- 1 teaspoon roasted sesame oil
1. Cut the drained tofu into cubes and put it on a heatproof plate.
2. Scatter the spring onion, chilli, coriander and soy sauce over the tofu. Put the oils in a small saucepan and heat until they are smoking, then immediately pour the oils over the tofu.
